The Scallog software suite includes SCALLOG-WCS for flow management, SCALLOG-MAS for robot fleet control and route optimisation, and SCALLOG-GUI for monitoring, with AI and machine learning optimisation and preconfigured WMS and ERP integration modules.
Three layers split the work. SCALLOG-WCS manages flows and issues orders, SCALLOG-MAS controls the robot fleet, optimises routes and allocates tasks in real time, and SCALLOG-GUI shows robot and shelf positions and lets supervisors change settings. Scallog says AI and machine learning coordinate many robots and operators, and preconfigured modules connect to WMS software from all publishers. Monitoring runs 24/7.
