Robotiq Screwdriving Solution
The Robotiq Screwdriving Solution is a cobot screwdriving package made up of the SD-100 electric screwdriver and the SF-300 screw feeder. The SD-100 delivers 0.3 to 4 Nm of torque at 1 to 600 rpm for M2.5 to M5 screws and holds each screw with a vacuum sleeve. It is designed for automating repetitive fastening in assembly. The screwdriver weighs 1.5 kg and uses 65 l/min of air, and the feeder accepts screws 6 to 25 mm long, holds 300 cc and presents a screw about every 3 seconds.
