Robotiq Sanding Kit
The Robotiq Sanding Kit is a robotic sanding package for Universal Robots that combines a pneumatic random orbital sander with a mounting bracket, connection accessories and the Finishing Copilot software. The sander has a 127 mm pad, a 4.8 mm orbit and a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm. It is designed for automating sanding and surface finishing of flat and curved parts with constant applied force. The tooling weighs 0.42 kg, adds 9 mm of height at the wrist and consumes 450 l/min of air at full speed with a maximum supply pressure of 6.2 bar.
