Panasonic TM Series
The Panasonic TM series comprises five arc welding robots, TM 1100 to TM 2000, with reach from 1,163 to 2,011 mm, payloads of 4 to 6 kg and repeatability of ±0.08 to ±0.10 mm.
The TM series covers most welding work with five reaches: 1,163, 1,437, 1,639, 1,809 and 2,011 mm. Payload is 6 kg on most models and 4 kg on the TM 1600, enough for a welding torch and wire feeder. Repeatability is ±0.08 mm, or ±0.10 mm on the longest TM 2000. Robots weigh 156 to 217 kg. Paired with Panasonic's TAWERS controller, the welding power source sits in the robot controller, which is Panasonic's main differentiator.
