Panasonic TL Series
The Panasonic TL 1800 and TL 2000 are arc welding robots with 1,801 and 1,999 mm reach, 8 and 6 kg payloads, ±0.15 mm repeatability and an integrated wire feeder.
Panasonic calls the TL the fastest on the market, with main-axis speeds set to the maximum, and builds the wire feeder into the arm. Reach is 1,801 mm on the TL 1800, which carries 8 kg, and 1,999 mm on the TL 2000 with 6 kg, giving a working area of about 2 m. A redesigned torch can be adjusted to the installed tool centre point for better path accuracy. Repeatability of ±0.15 mm is looser than the TM series, the trade for speed.
