Panasonic Handling Robot Series
Panasonic's handling robot series comprises four robots, LA-1800 G4, BX100N, BXP210L and RS015X, with payloads from 15 to 210 kg and reach up to 3,150 mm, synchronized with Panasonic welding robots through the Harmonizer function.
These robots extend Panasonic welding cells. The LA-1800 G4 carries 26 kg over 1,801 mm, the BX100N 100 kg over 2,200 mm, the BXP210L 210 kg over 2,597 mm, and the RS015X 15 kg over a long 3,150 mm. Their key feature is the Harmonizer function: the handling robot moves the part while a welding robot welds, keeping the torch-to-work relationship constant. They use the same controller size as Panasonic's welding robots, include brake release units on every axis and support external axes.
