The OTTO 100 is a compact autonomous mobile robot for moving light loads such as carts, totes and bins through busy factories and warehouses. It carries up to 150 kg and travels at up to 2.0 m/s on a 740 x 550 mm footprint that turns in place. A safety laser scanner, a front 3D camera and a rear time-of-flight sensor let it navigate around people and obstacles without fixed infrastructure. The battery runs for 6 hours and recharges from 10% to 90% in 18 minutes through autonomous opportunity charging.
