OTC DAIHEN FD-VC4 Welding Cobot

The OTC DAIHEN FD-VC4, FD-VC4L and FD-VC8 are collaborative welding robots with hand-guided programming, a built-in shock sensor, vibration-restraining control and digital connection to OTC DAIHEN welding power supplies; the FD-VC8 carries 8 kg with 1,567 mm reach.
Three cobots make up the range. The FD-VC4 is the base model with an independently articulated arm, vibration-restraining control and a built-in mechanical shock sensor; the FD-VC4L adds reach for larger parts and supports CO2/MAG, TIG and ultra-low-spatter welding; the FD-VC8 carries 8 kg with 1,567 mm reach and adds a tablet pendant. All are built entirely from DAIHEN components and connect digitally to DAIHEN power sources.
