OnRobot VGP20
The OnRobot VGP20 is an electric vacuum gripper with an integrated pump, a typical payload of 10 kg on standard cardboard and a maximum payload of 20 kg at low acceleration. It is designed for palletizing and depalletizing cardboard boxes, bags and other porous or bulky items, using 16 vacuum cup positions on four independently controlled channels. Vacuum is adjustable from 5 to 60 % with a total air flow of up to 48 L/min, and a grip takes 0.25 s. The gripper weighs 2.55 kg, measures 264 x 184 x 92 mm, is rated IP54 and runs on 24 V DC with up to 4.5 A, so no compressed air is needed.
