OnRobot Screwdriver
The OnRobot Screwdriver is an electric screwdriving tool with a torque range of 0.15 to 5 Nm, an output speed of up to 340 RPM and an integrated z-axis with a 55 mm shank stroke. It is designed for automated assembly with screws from M1.6 to M6 and up to 50 mm long, and its own axis movement means the robot only has to position the tool over the hole. Torque accuracy is 0.04 Nm below 1.33 Nm and 3 % above that. The tool weighs 2.5 kg, is rated IP54 and runs on 24 V DC with a current draw of up to 4.5 A.
