OnRobot MG10
The OnRobot MG10 is an electric magnetic gripper with a 300 N pulling force that is adjustable in 10 steps and a payload of up to 10 kg. It is designed for handling ferrous parts such as sheet metal, perforated plates and machined blanks in machine tending, material handling and assembly, and a built-in sensor detects whether a part is held. A typical grip takes 0.3 s, and the payload drops to 3.4 kg when a flat part is held perpendicular to the ground. The gripper weighs 0.8 kg, is rated IP67 and runs on 24 V DC with a current draw of 0.6 to 2 A.
