OnRobot HEX-E QC
The OnRobot HEX-E QC is a 6-axis force/torque sensor with a nominal capacity of 200 N in Fxy and Fz, 10 Nm in Txy and 6.5 Nm in Tz. It is designed for force-controlled tasks such as sanding, polishing, deburring, precise insertion and hand guiding, where fine resolution matters: 0.2 N in Fxy and 0.002 Nm in Tz without noise. Each axis withstands a 500 % overload. The sensor weighs 0.347 kg with its built-in adapter plates, measures 50 x 71 x 93 mm, is rated IP67 and runs on 7 to 24 V DC with a maximum draw of 0.8 W.
