OnRobot 2FGP20
The OnRobot 2FGP20 is an electric palletizing gripper with a 260 mm stroke, a grip width of 170 to 430 mm, a gripping force of 80 to 400 N and a 20 kg payload. It is designed for palletizing open and closed boxes, shelf-ready packaging and other wide items, and its integrated vacuum unit picks up slip sheets of up to 2.5 kg. Gripping repeatability is ±0.5 mm, and the gripper holds the workpiece if power is lost. The base unit weighs 3.7 kg, is rated IP54 and runs on 24 V DC with up to 2 A, so no compressed air is needed.
