Pick+Store presents up to 660 bins per hour, depending on grid height and application, and the operator picks into three outbound bins at once using a pick-to-light bar, a large touchscreen and an overhead high-speed camera scanner. Completed orders go back into the grid rather than to separate storage, which reduces conveyors and sorters. Real-time feedback and gamification track performance, and Ocado states uptime above 99%. The station measures 3.9 x 3.8 x 3.4 m, weighs 1,902 kg and draws 5.24 kW.
