It mirrors the AMR display, auto-pairs with the nearest priority AMR and hands off to the next in queue. Workflows include picking, putaway, pick-and-pass and exceptions, and managers see live dashboards remotely. Ocado claims up to 25% fewer fulfillment mistakes without explaining the basis.
