Ocado Chuck AMR
The Ocado Chuck AMR is a collaborative picking robot that leads warehouse associates through pick paths, carrying up to 200 lb (90 kg) on up to six adjustable shelves, with lidar and camera navigation, a touchscreen and up to 12 hours runtime.
Chuck replaces the picking cart: it drives to each location, shows the associate what to pick on its touchscreen and carries the orders. It carries up to 200 lb (90 kg) in total, with 100 lb per shelf, on up to six shelves adjustable in half-inch steps, and Chuck+ adds width for bulky items. Lidar, cameras and machine learning handle navigation, and the safety system is CE compliant with UL and CSA certifications. Runtime reaches 12 hours with autonomous charging, and Ocado says onboarding takes about 15 minutes.
