The Muratec Uni-SHUTTLE HP is a shuttle-type automated storage and retrieval system that combines storage with transport and sorting, with retrieval in a defined order.
Uni-SHUTTLE HP is a shuttle warehouse whose strength is sequencing. Besides storing, it sorts on the way out: goods are retrieved in groups, by store or category, or in an exact order. That lets workers pick at fixed stations, and lets a factory receive parts in production order. Several types of shuttle carriage and vertical conveyor are combined to reach the capacity required, and multiple vertical conveyors allow several items to be palletized at once in little space.
