Muratec Premex XIO

The Muratec Premex XIO is a compact smart AGV with lifter transfer that carries up to 1 ton per pallet and turns within a 985 mm diameter.
The XIO is a low vehicle that drives under a pallet stand and lifts it. It carries one ton and turns within 985 mm, which lets it hand over to production equipment from several directions in narrow spaces. Because the lifter does the transfer, conveyors at the handover points can be removed, and it links directly with AS/RS cranes. Muratec also uses fleets of XIOs with storage racks as a three-dimensional AGV warehouse for shelves of piece goods. Several vehicles are controlled together, and another takes over if one fails.
