Muratec Premex SLX

The Muratec Premex SLX is a forklift-type automated guided vehicle with SLAM guidance, a multidrive system for parallel shifting and 90-degree turns, and oilless electric cylinders.
The SLX has two features that set it apart from most automated forklifts. Its multidrive system moves the truck sideways and turns it through 90 degrees, so it lines up with machines and works in narrow aisles. And its lift uses electric cylinders without oil, which removes the leak risk of hydraulics in pharmaceutical and food plants. Guidance is by SLAM, so few reflectors or floor magnets are needed and routes can be changed easily. Muratec also presents it as a way to turn existing pallet racks and mobile racks into an automated warehouse.
