Motion Index Drives TSR Rotary Tables

Motion Index Drives TSR Rotary Indexing Ring Tables

TSR is Motion Index Drives’ open-center ring-indexing table family for layouts that need substantial central access. It can be supplied as a fixed-station cam indexer or a flexible positioning assembly using a suitable constant-lead cam and controlled motor. Those are different motion architectures, not interchangeable operating modes of every supplied table.

Review Summary

Consider TSR when central tooling, robot access or product transfer genuinely requires a ring arrangement. Size the exact model from tooling inertia, process loads, index time and the selected drive. Resolve the manufacturer’s web-versus-brochure specification differences on the approved project drawing before relying on a load or accuracy figure.
