Mitsubishi Electric RV-20FR
The Mitsubishi Electric MELFA RV-20FR is a 6-axis vertical articulated robot with a 20 kg maximum payload, a 1094 mm reach and ±0.05 mm repeatability. It is built for heavier parts and tooling in machine tending, material handling and assembly, with a cycle time of 0.70 s. The standard arm is rated IP40, and IP67 oil mist and ISO class 3 cleanroom versions are available. The arm weighs 120 kg, mounts on the floor or ceiling and runs on the CR800-D, CR800-R or CR800-Q controller.
