Allied Motion offers the Globe mil-aero-qualified line of fractional horsepower brushless DC and brush DC planetary gear motors.
Series are available equipped with either PMDC brush motors or brushless DC motors. Models with output torque rated to as high as 62 Nm (8800 oz-in) are available.
Review Summary
Consider INB or NB when a brushless geared motor fits the output duty and service objective. Choose the actual family and qualified construction before comparing torque. Brushless commutation removes brush wear, while the gear train, bearings, thermal path and control integration still require engineering.
