KNAPP Evo Shuttle
The KNAPP Evo Shuttle is a shuttle storage system for containers, cartons and trays up to 50 kg, with racks over 30 m high and storage up to four locations deep.
The Evo Shuttle is KNAPP's current high-performance small-parts store. Shuttles run on each level of a rack that can exceed 30 m, handling loads from 250 mm square up to 850 by 650 mm and 50 kg, stored up to four deep. Lifts at each rack line perform more than 1,000 double cycles per hour. Two versions exist: in the 1D system each shuttle serves one level of one aisle; in the 2D system shuttles change aisles and can reach every lift on their level, which removes the link between an aisle and its throughput. It works down to -28 °C.
