Kivnon K05 Twister
The Kivnon K05 Twister is a compact automated guided vehicle that carries up to 450 kg on its chassis and tows up to 1000 kg at a maximum speed of 0.7 m/s. It is designed to drive underneath racks and carts, lift them with its integrated 60 mm lifting table and move them through tight spaces, rotating 360° on its own axis. The vehicle measures 800 × 800 × 280 mm, follows magnetic guidance with RFID reading and stops with an accuracy of ±10 mm. It runs on LiFePO4 lithium batteries that recharge automatically through brushes and floor pads, and it is protected by a front laser scanner, a safety PLC and an emergency stop. Fleet integration is handled through Kivnon Fleet Manager with support for VDA 5050, Wi-Fi, OPC UA, UDP and TCP.
