Keyence VS Series

The Keyence VS Series is a smart camera vision system with built-in AI and rule-based tools, a 25-megapixel camera option and a ZoomTrax optical system in an IP67 housing.
Choosing a lens is the first obstacle in setting up a vision camera. The VS Series removes it: its ZoomTrax optical system covers the fields of view of 19 lenses inside a sealed IP67 camera, so field of view and focus are set from software. The camera combines AI tools with conventional rule-based tools, and Keyence says the AI learns from a few dozen images. A 25-megapixel model is offered for AI inspection of fine detail. Everything runs in the camera, without a controller. The overview used gives no frame rates or dimensions.
