Kardex TowerMat
The Kardex TowerMat is a heavy-duty vertical lift module in double-tower FE and single-tower EE versions, carrying up to 11,023 lb (about 5 t) or 6,614 lb (about 3 t) per carrier, with heights up to about 95 ft and carriers up to 40 ft wide for long goods and sheet metal.
TowerMat is the heavy end of Kardex's vertical lift range. The double-tower FE reaches up to 95 ft 5 in (about 29 m) with carriers up to 40 ft wide carrying 11,023 lb (about 5 t); the single-tower EE reaches 26 ft 3 in (about 8 m) with 6,614 lb (about 3 t) carriers. Custom carriers hold tools, dies and molds, pallets including Euro pallets, sheet metal up to about 6.5 x 19.5 ft and long goods to about 39 ft that can feed saws directly. It integrates with cranes, forklifts and conveyors, and Power Pick tracks loads in real time.
