Kardex Shuttle Vertical Lift Module
The Kardex Shuttle vertical lift module stores trays up to 4,050 mm wide carrying 560 kg (250/500), 725 kg (700) or 1,000 kg (1000), in units from 2,550 to 30,050 mm tall with up to six access openings and Kardex Power Pick software.
A Kardex Shuttle stacks trays inside an enclosed tower and uses a high-speed steel-belt extractor to bring the requested tray to the operator. Three model classes carry 560, 725 or 1,000 kg per tray, trays up to 4,050 mm wide, and units from 2.55 m up to 30 m tall on the 250/500 models, in a 100 mm height grid. Up to six front or rear openings, pick-to-light, an automatic shutter and a full light curtain support speed and safety. ESD, outdoor, clean room, climate and fire-protection versions exist, and US units ship in four to six weeks via QuickShip.
