The Kardex Miniload-in-a-Box is an enclosed, modular mini-load AS/RS from 1.92 to 19.97 m long and 3 to 12 m high, storing 600 x 400 mm bins or Kardex VBM boxes up to 35 kg each, with a 63 t total load and turntable or manual pick stations.
Miniload-in-a-Box brings mini-load storage to sites without a full high-bay. Length is modular from 1.92 to about 20 m, height from 3 to 12 m in 100 mm steps, and depth 2,350 or 2,450 mm. It stores 600 x 400 mm bins or VBM boxes up to 35 kg each, with a total system load of 63 t on a 25 mm rack grid. Pick stations can be turntables or manual openings with adjustable heights, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen controls the unit.
