The Kardex Horizontal Carousel Module rotates 12 to 120 carriers 1,854 to 3,658 mm high in carousels 5.9 to 46.7 m long, with 450, 680 or 900 kg per carrier, up to 54 t total and up to 400 positions per hour in batch picking.
The HCM suits fast picking of small and medium items. Carriers 622, 825 or 960 mm wide and 1.85 to 3.66 m high hold 450, 680 or 900 kg, with up to 120 carriers per loop and a total of up to 54 t. Batch picking reaches up to 400 positions per hour. Two to four carousels can be combined at one workstation, stacked on multiple levels in rooms up to 9 m, or served from a lifting platform. Pick-to-light, confirmation buttons and light barriers are options.
