Grenzebach OL1200S

The Grenzebach OL1200S is an omnidirectional automated guided vehicle for long goods carriers and large components, with a payload of 1,200 to 1,500 kg and speeds up to 1.66 m/s.
The OL1200S is the variant for awkward loads and tight spaces. Omnidirectional drive lets it move sideways and diagonally under long goods carriers, so it can replace tugger trains and work where turning room is short. The data sheet lists a payload of 1,200 to 1,500 kg, while the introduction says up to 1,200 kg; the difference is worth confirming. Top speed is 1.66 m/s, positioning accuracy about ±15 mm, and the body is 1450 x 760 x 330 mm. Two certified safety laser scanners protect people, and contour navigation needs no floor markers.
