Fronius Twin Robotic Welding
Fronius Twin Robotic Welding is tandem welding with the TPS/i TWIN system, which combines two TPS/i power sources in one system and runs two arcs at the same time. The system reaches deposition rates of up to 25 kg/h and welding speeds of up to 4 m/min. A TWIN Drive unit and wire buffers keep wire feeding stable, and the control regulates the welding parameters of both arcs in the background. It is configured as a push system for steel or a PushPull system for aluminium, and the CMT TWIN process is offered for maximum welding speed. TeachMode, TouchSense, SeamTracking and WireSense are supported.
