Fronius TPS/i Robotics
Fronius TPS/i Robotics is a modular MIG/MAG welding system for robotic cells, built around the TPS 320i, 400i, 500i and 600i power sources. Welding current ranges from 3 A to 600 A across the power sources, with 100% duty cycle ratings from 240 A on the TPS 320i to 500 A on the TPS 600i at 40 °C. The system welds steel, stainless steel and aluminium with the Standard, Pulse, LSC, PMC and CMT welding packages. It is configured as a Push or PushPull wire feeding system with gas or water cooling and communicates with robots from multiple manufacturers. Built-in assistance functions include TeachMode, TouchSense, WireSense and SeamTracking.
