The Swiveler diverts or merges up to 6,000 parcels per hour, including small items, on lines up to 1,260 mm wide, and handles cartons, flats and polybags up to 50 kg while keeping them aligned. It runs in both directions, so the same unit can serve inbound and outbound sorting, and each unit has its own PLC, which simplifies retrofits into existing conveyor lines. Fives offers several swiveler types for different rates.
