The Fives SOLI-Modular is a vision-based modular singulator with 99.99% singulation accuracy that feeds sorters at more than 4,000 parcels per hour per induction line, using vacuum conveyors and friction belts.
SOLI-Modular replaces mechanical tricks with vision. An image analysis system recognizes every item and directs vacuum conveyors and friction belts to de-stack, separate, meter and align it. Fives claims the industry's highest accuracy, one error per 10,000 items, and a paired singulator and induction line feeds a sorter at more than 4,000 parcels per hour. Modules can run alone or be linked, so layouts adapt to the building. It handles parcels, small parcels, large envelopes and flyers.
