Fives SmartWash 5-Axis CNC Washer
The Fives SmartWash is a five-axis CNC parts washing machine with an automatic changer for up to seven tools, a patented 8,000 PSI toolholder, and washing, drying and deburring in one chamber.
SmartWash treats washing like machining. Five axes, three moving the part and two moving the spindle, aim tools at each hole and surface, and an automatic changer swaps among up to seven tools: lances, high-pressure jets at up to 8,000 PSI, brushes and a rotor jet. Washing, drying and deburring happen in one compact chamber, replacing several separate machines. The NC program can be rewritten for new parts, self-diagnostics flag problems such as flow restriction or motor vibration, and an optional IoT package adds dashboards and maintenance forecasting.
