Fives Robotic Depalletizing System

The Fives robotic depalletizing system uses mechanical and vacuum robots with AI-based 3D vision to unload packages from 300 g to 35 kg at 900 packages per hour, including mixed pallets.

Depalletizing mixed pallets needs the robot to see each package's shape, position and size. Fives uses an AI-based vision system for that, with mechanical or vacuum grippers, and handles packages from 300 g to 35 kg at 900 per hour. It picks single parcels, rows or whole layers, from flat or inclined loads, and covers dry, fresh and frozen goods, bags and even glass bottles for the wine sector. A useful extra is the Cutline de-strapper, which cuts plastic strapping into 8 cm pieces and removes films automatically.
