GENI-Belt is a high-end loop sorter for post, courier and e-commerce. It runs at up to 3 m/s with a stated 99.99% accuracy and takes items up to 1,500 mm long and 80 kg, so long and bulky items share the system with documents. The deck is closed and continuous, even through curves and inclines. Each belt adjusts its speed and acceleration to the item's position and weight, which keeps transfers impact-free. Redundancy is thorough: each component has a backup and sorting cells run in parallel.
