Flex'y Shuttle is designed around phased investment. It starts small and grows as equipment is added, and it adapts to the available space in three dimensions. It stores cartons, trays, totes and pallets, which is broader than most light-load shuttles. Two details stand out: cells are human-sized with access on foot, so no work at height is needed for installation or maintenance, and a stainless steel version suits washable zones, for example in food. It works with Fives' SU warehouse control system. No capacity or throughput figures are published.
