EASY-Stream is the connective tissue between Fives' sorters and singulators. Standard modules cover belt, roller and metering conveyors, curves, merges and strip-belt sorters, which shortens engineering and lead times. Belt conveyors carry up to 80 kg at 180 m/min with high acceleration, compared with 100 m/min for low-pressure accumulation rollers. Electrical components are integrated for faster installation, and accessories include guards, button boxes, sensor supports and floor or hanging supports.
