Fives ACCORD Packet Singulator

The Fives ACCORD is a packet singulator for flats, polybags and cartons up to 15 kg, combining an incline de-stacker, skew aligner, side-by-side eliminator, recirculation and a patented dynamic flow controller.
Small packets stack and slide in ways boxes do not. ACCORD starts with an incline de-stacker that pulls stacked items apart, then a skew aligner squares packets to one side, a side-by-side eliminator removes pairs and a recirculation loop returns them. A patented dynamic flow controller measures each footprint and gap and adjusts conveyor speed accordingly, which also improves barcode reads in the scan tunnel. It handles packets up to 15 kg.
