FIPA GR04.102 Sprue Gripper
The FIPA GR04.102 is a Series 100 double-acting pneumatic sprue gripper with 10 mm clamping diameter, 20 N closing force at 6 bar, 2.5 to 8 bar operating pressure, 51 g weight and an anodized aluminium body.
The GR04.102 is a double-acting member of FIPA's Series 100 sprue grippers. At 51 g it adds little weight to a sprue picker or robot, closes with 20 N at 6 bar, and works from 2.5 to 8 bar. Opening and closing are controlled separately, with spring-assisted opening for short cycles, a wide jaw opening for large gates and gap-free closing for flat gates. Housing and jaws are anodized high-strength aluminium. A GR04.100-30 sprue wiper fits it.
