Festo EHMH multi-axis handling
The Festo EHMH is a heavy-duty cantilever axis for handling systems that carries payloads of up to 200 kg over strokes of 250 mm to 2500 mm. It is designed as the vertical Z-axis for palletising, stacking and loading or unloading machine tools. The axis is built in two sizes, has high torsional rigidity and uses helical gearing with a covered drive pinion for quiet running. Safety functions up to performance level d are possible, and options include a pneumatic locking unit, a clamping unit as an emergency brake, an external displacement encoder and an energy chain.
