FANUC Servo Gun
The FANUC Servo Gun is a resistance spot welding gun whose electrode is driven by a servo motor under the control of the robot controller. It consists of a servo motor, a movable tip, a stationary tip and a supporting frame, and replaces older pneumatic gun designs. Mastering, tuning and pressure calibration give precise, repeatable electrode force at every weld.
