The Exotec Skypod Workstation is a goods-to-person picking station that presents up to 600 source containers per hour, with 20 cm height adjustment, pick-and-pack, destination container buffering and robot charging.
Robots climb into the Workstation and present bins at up to 600 per hour, so operators pick single items without walking, lifting or pulling. The station adjusts in height by 20 cm, supports pick-and-pack into shipping containers, buffers destination containers, handles combo and semi-finished orders, and charges robots as they pass. The operator screen can be customized with pop-ups and buttons.
