Exotec Skypath Conveyor
Exotec Skypath is a pre-wired tote conveyor system with speeds up to 72 m/min, throughput up to 2,600 totes per hour on straights and curves, 512 or 712 mm widths, slopes to 12°, up to three levels and 4.5 m height, and self-identifying layout software.
Skypath arrives pre-wired, so no on-site PLC programming is needed, and its embedded software identifies the layout automatically; Exotec says 500 m can be installed in under 200 hours. Sections run at up to 72 m/min, moving up to 2,600 totes per hour on straights and curves and 1,400 per hour across belts and transfer tables. Widths are 512 or 712 mm, slopes reach 12°, and up to three levels stack to 4.5 m. Barcode readers, status lights and e-stops come standard.
