Exotec Exchanger

The Exotec Exchanger is the inbound and outbound gateway of the Skypod system, handling up to 600 containers per hour in Bin Mode or Load Mode for loads up to 600 x 400 mm, with 700 to 1,500 mm conveyor height adjustment.
Exchanger moves up to 600 containers per hour between conveyors and Skypod robots. Bin Mode handles Exotec bins; Load Mode takes customer totes, cartons and parcels up to 600 x 400 mm and places them on trays without external tray joiners. Inbound and outbound conveyors can sit at different heights between 700 and 1,500 mm. It passes load information without barcode readers, and Deepsky sequences outbound containers from WMS priorities.
