EVT EyeVision 3D
EyeVision 3D is EVT's 3D image processing software for scanning, measuring and checking profiles and point clouds from laser triangulation or stereo sensors, programmed by drag and drop.
It measures adhesive bead width, height and area, gap depth and width and angles, and its ProfileMatch command compares a profile with a taught reference and raises area or hole errors, for example a weld seam that is too wide or a broken adhesive bead.
