Electron Energy Custom Motor Stators
EEC supplies custom stators built around the customer’s electromagnetic and mechanical requirements. The scope can include lamination stacks, insulation, coils, lead installation, end-turn forming, impregnation and testing. A stator is a motor or generator component; it does not include every rotor, bearing, housing, sensor or drive needed for a finished axis.

Consider this route when a standard motor cannot meet the envelope, winding or thermal requirement. The strength is configurable manufacturing and inspection. The buyer still needs a controlled electromagnetic design and a defined interface to the rest of the motor.
