The ek robotics HEAVY MOVE is a heavy-duty automated transport robot with payloads up to 12,000 kg, lift heights up to 12 m and travel speeds of 2 m/s.
HEAVY MOVE covers what standard pallet vehicles cannot: payloads up to 12,000 kg, racks 6 m long, lifts to 12 m. The series is built to order from proven modules. One version carries two, four or six pallets at once on conveyors; another is a narrow-aisle truck working above 10 m with a 3D camera; lift masts take 6,000 kg. Vehicles travel at 2 m/s and navigate by laser without floor installation. ek robotics names a refractory plant running eight modified HEAVY MOVE vehicles.
