EFFECTO EAG2 Adaptive Gripper
The EFFECTO EAG2 is an electric adaptive two-finger gripper for collaborative robots, with 95 or 145 mm stroke, up to 320 N total grip force, a recommended payload of 2 to 3 kg and ±0.03 mm repeatability.
Adaptive fingers wrap around irregular parts, so one gripper handles many shapes. The EAG2 comes in two versions: the 48160 with 95 mm stroke and up to 320 N total force for 3 kg parts, and the 73105 with a wide 145 mm stroke and up to 210 N for 2 kg. Force, position and speed are adjustable, part detection is reported to the controller and shown by LEDs, and repeatability is ±0.03 mm. Modbus RTU and digital I/O are standard, with other buses via converter. EFFECTO cites interfaces for major cobot brands without naming them.
